What is 'GladiatorFit' at Bridgewater Fitness center? It is an amazing core strength and conditioning
program that combines different exercises and routines in a fun way, so that you can achieve a
complete overall level of fitness that will make you stand out in a crowd. This program optimizes
physical competence in each of the ten recognized fitness domains such as cardio/endurance,
stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility, balance, coordination and accuracy. The program
is a series of classes run by our CrossFit certified trainers who are there to motivate, instruct and
teach proper technique and form, with these unique and challenging exercises.
GladiatorFit classes consist of a combination of running, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, and
carrying odd objects. Also used will be a variety of dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars,
kettlebells, balls and body weight exercises. Some of the additional benefits of this unique style of
training, are reduced injury and less boredom. Repetitive use of certain muscle groups leads to
injuries because it increases the wearing and tearing of tissue. But when you vary your training
routine you condition your entire body on a continuing basis. The variations in B FIT routines
promote strength, agility and balance, and because they are constantly changing, you are less apt to
get bored with this type of fitness regiment. Come try a free class today, and see how fast you will B
