INTRO TO BODY PUMP (please ask for next date)
First time BODYPUMPERS should attend this orientation so that an instructor can assist them with technique
and review basic form for standard BODYPUMP exercises. (30 minute class).
We will start with some intense core work followed by half hour BodyPump or muscle work and then Cycle for
those who would like to take it to the next level! You do NOT have to attend the entire class.
60 or 45 Minute indoor cycling class. Beginners and seasoned riders will be challenged in this energizing,
fat burning cardio session. Ready, Set, Sweat!
You will leave a hot, sweaty mess with a smile on your face. Get your heart rate soaring while having a lot of fun,
This class will get your heart soaring and your muscles burning. We will combine heart pumping BodyStep
tracks with full body and isolated muscle conditioning exercises. All levels are welcomed to this interval style
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness
program. The routines feature training session where fast and slow rhythms and resistance
training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor
and international zest into the mix and you’ve got Zumba!
Barre-Ballet inspired workout designed to effectively strengthen, tone and balance the entire body. Students will
focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements and basic alignment. Each class includes
several highly effective sequences of toning and resistance exercises with an emphasis on the core, arms, seat and
thighs. Each strength section of this workout is followed by a stretching section to create long, lean muscle without
Pilates / Yoga
Pi-Yo-Fit-Yoga, Pilates, core strength, traditional sport stretches and relaxation all in one class. This class offers
something for everyone.
Step It Up!
An intense cardio workout on the step, with high energy athletic drills, followed by weights and abs!
