Meet our instructors
Kristine is a certified group exercise instructor, boot camp instructor, personal
trainer and is licensed to teach all forms of Zumba including Zumba Gold for the
older active population, Zumbatomic (for kids), and Zumba toning with light
weights. She also received nutrition training through Weight Watchers of America.

Kristine's amazing routines will leave you wanting more!  She brings it every time!  
DONNA started teaching Step back in 1990 as a freshman in college and has been addicted
to it ever since. She has been AFAA and CPR certified since 1990. In 2003, she attended Les
Mills BodyPump training and it truly changed her life and enthusiasm for teaching!

Teaching is so much more than just a job to her.....it truly is her passion in life. She loves
meeting new participants and inspiring them to give everything they've got. Her greatest
reward is seeing her participants grow stronger which in turn builds their self esteem. Her goal
in each class is to connect with each participant and to deliver a fun and safe workout while
helping her participants to leave with a feeling of success and a desire to come back again for
more!
Corinne's background includes 32 years as a Fitness Instructor.  She started teaching
group classes her senior year in high school and taught all through college and
throughout the pregnancies of her three children.  She has owned and operated her own
gym, as well as managed several others.  She has a background in dance and gymnastics
and is a former New England Patriots Cheerleader.  She is a certified A.C.E Instructor
teaching Step, Kickboxing, Hi/lo cardio and muscle classes.
Deb's background includes 18 years of group fitness instruction and a Bachelor’s
Degree in Exercise Science.  Certifications include AFAA Group Fitness, AFAA Step
Aerobics, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Les Mills Bodypump and Les Mills Bodystep
(currently in the process.)  Deb maintains a high energy level in all of her classes while
motivating them to reach their highest level of success while having fun, too.
Gloria GLORIA has been a fitness instructor for 28 years.  She became AFAA certified in, in
1990 and Fitness Firm Personal Trainer certified in 1998.  She currently holds Fitour Group
Fitness and Fitour Primary Yoga Certification as well as current CPR and AED. She started
teaching in Belfast Maine when her three children were small and has not stopped since.  Her
background includes teaching children’s gymnastics, senior chair exercise, dance, step, boot
camp, cardio and spin.  Gloria believes physical fitness is the key to a full rich life at any age.  
She loves to help her participants feel good about them and achieve their fitness goals, at
whatever level.  Gloria works at Bridgewater State University in the Psychology Department.  
When she is not working or teaching she enjoys running, biking, hiking and staying active.
Lauren is a certified Personal Trainer through the International Sports Science
Association (ISSA).  She has a specialization specific to training women and is a qualified
Wellness Coach.  Lauren is a BODYPUMP and Cycle Instructor.  She also teaches a "mean"
Boot Camp class.  She is certified in fitness instruction for moms through Stroller Mamas
Fitness.  Lauren is current with her adult and child CPR certification.

Lauren takes joy in providing those who attend her class an intense work out and pushing
people to their limits.  Take a trip outside of your comfort zone and enjoy the way your
body responds!  Her motto - "Yes YOU can!".  
LAURIE started teaching group exercises classes in 1993 as a college freshman.  She
started by teaching traditional hi/lo cardio classes, but quickly learned to love step. Laurie
currently teaches step and BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, Freestyle Step and is certified by the
Aerobics and Fitness Association of America.  

Her goal for each class is to deliver a workout that is fun, safe, and challenging yet accessible.
 She will do all she can so that each participant has the most effective workout possible.
Lisa’s background includes over 20 years of experience as a fitness instructor.  
She has been certified in group instruction through N.E.P.A.C. and earned a
Personal Trainer Certification through the Fitness Firm.  She is also on her way to becoming
BODYPUMP certified!   Lisa has been practicing yoga for over 8 years.  Currently, she is
completed the 200 hour National Yoga Alliance certification.  She is CPR and AED certified.

Lisa really knows how to pack a punch!  Her classes are full of her own enthusiasm for
fitness.  She will smile at you the whole time she is making you work - it's a trick to get you to
work harder!  Look out!  
Janine has been working as a personal trainer, health/wellness coach and fitness
instructor for the last several years.  Her training style is a combination of traditional and
functional exercises designed to improve strength and stamina for everyday living.  She
absolutely loves teaching as it is such a rush to watch people accomplish things they never
thought they could!  
She is passionate about what she does and loves to share that passion.  By encouraging
healthy nutrition and exercise, her goal is to inspire and motivate others towards a life of
fitness and wellbeing.Her certifications include:  Cycle Instructor, Personal Trainer and a
Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant with the American Council on Exercise, ACE; a
Nutrition Specialist with the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists and
an Intrinsic Coach with Totally Coached, Inc.   
Kristina is not new to fitness, but she is new as an instructor!  She loved
the sweat a good cycle class brings so much that she got certified to teach it
herself! Her goal is to provide her class with a calorie-burning class and a lot
of fun, too.  Great music, hard work and a heart pounding work out - you
can't go wrong!
Lynne became a fitness instructor in1989, when she was 9 years old. She became AFAA
certified, and is currently certified through FitTour. Lynne has taught in many gyms and
seen the evolution of group exercise through the years, and has taught almost every trendy
class that has come along (anyone remember 'THE SLIDE"?)  Lynne enjoys teaching and its
ability to clear the mind, interact with great people along with the ability to keep physically
fit by having a schedule demand that she get in to sweat!  She is the proudest of her
teenage daughter who has also found the secret to staying healthy (and being able to
indulge now and again in a forbidden cookie) -- moving -- and now is able to enjoy this
aspect of life together.

Lynne works full time in a fast paced industry which ensures the need for endorphin release
at the end of the day!!  She also enjoys walking her dog, shopping, dining with great friends
and spending time traveling.
Nancy has been a certified Spinning instructor since 2009. Nancy is also preparing to
become a Les Mills Body Pump instructor. She is also current with her CPR and AED
certifications. Nancy loves teaching and watching others also fall in love with the Spin and
Body Pump program. She has been involved in fitness for many years and believes it is an
integral part of total health.

Nancy is also a Licensed Mental Health Clinician and specializes in working with children.
In her free time Nancy enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with her husband and
two young children.
Laura took her first BodyPump class in 2009 and fell in love with it!  She became a
BodyPump instructor to bring that fitness experience to others.  In addition to teaching
BodyPump she is a mom to three boys who keep her active and teaches fifth grade.  She
believes the bestway to stay in shape is to keep moving!

Laura takes great pride and joy in seeing her class participants reach their goals. The
finish line is just the beginning of a whole new race.
