Class Descriptions

Hard Body- A combination of weights, isolations for upper body, plenty of lower body exercises and 15 minutes of abs. top

 

Boot Camp- It has it all and it's fun! It is easier to follow than a regular step class, but it is a great workout! Aerobics, Step-drills, and Sculpting. top

 

Sweat & Sculpt- A 30 minute cardio workout followed by 30 minutes of sculpting. It's "NEW" and it "BURNS" calories! top

 

L.A.B. (legs/abs/butt)- A 20, 30, or 60 minute workout, designed to target those problem areas. This class targets the core muscles, tones legs and works your glutes. top

 

Core Strength Training- This workout is a fully integrated weight class which incorporates functional strength training with weights, stability ball, and more. top

 

Cardio-Party- A fun cardio workout. A variety of cardio combos done on the step and on the floor for a great party. top

 

Move it and Lose It- Come and try the latest workout method being used by professional and Olympic athletes as well as entertainment personalities.  pilates is a body conditioning exercise method that incorporates calisthenics, dance discipline, and yoga.  This workout will improve flexibility, stability and strength...GO FOR IT!!! top

 

Power Plus Step- Heart-pumping, muscle-jumping, intense cardio workout.  Guaranteed to make you sweat and feel great.  Warm up, work out, cool down and finish off with absolute abs. top

 

Step and Sculpt- A one hour plus step class combines high intensity bench stepping with a challenging weight and abdominal segment to sculpt and strengthen the body. top

 

Step and Abs- A fun high-intensity/low-impact step aerobics class, sure to burn calories and boost your fitness level; followed by an intense abdominal workout. top

 

XPress-fit- Short on time? This is for you! Use the stability ball to tone and tighten in 30 minutes...Xpress! top

 

Pi/Yo- A fusion of Pilates and Yoga. This class gives you a combination of the best of both. Come and check it out! top

 

Cardio-Kick- Aerobic kickboxing offers a powerful cardio workout. Using a traditional kickboxing moves choreographed to music. top
