NOVACARE Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation
NovaCare Rehabilitation provides outpatient physical therapy for every age group. Our physical therapists work with your physician to ensure a comprehensive rehabilitation plan to promote a rapid and safe return to your activities of daily living.
Each patient will receive an evaluation integrating the patient's goals with our knowledge of the musculoskeletal system, movement patterns, and postural alignment.
If you are unsure if physical therapy is right for you, NovaCare offers free screenings to all Bridgewater Fitness members. Call or stop by the clinic to set up an appointment.
We are providers for most private health insurance plans in addition to automobile and worker compensation injuries.
