Kristine
For almost 25 years Kristine struggled with her weight.
She was obese throughout her childhood and young
adult life. After college she moved to New York City
where her weight continued to grow until she topped
out at 265lbs. In her mid 20's her doctor told her she was
morbidly obese and would die young if she continued on
the path she was on. In 2009 Kristine moved back to
Massachusetts and joined Bridgewater Fitness.  In a little
under two years she lost 105 pounds through diet and
exercise.  She knows how to do it.  Let her show you!
