Meet Our Trainers

BRETT

Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology from BSC.  Pro Bodybuilder, teacher, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, triathlete, MMA fighter, swim coach and published author. Brett has been personal training for 12 years and has comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of training and bodybuilding.  His style incorporates high intensity routines that change frequently to shock muscles and maximize growth.

NATE

Program Director for Raynham Park and Recreation. Degree in Exercise Science.
Nate specializes in functional training: core, balance, agility, speed and strength. Trains all ages and fitness levels but is very experienced with maximum conditioning and sports development for youths and/or athletes.

Page, personal trainerExceptionally knowledgeable in progressive and fun techniques to sculpt your body and improve cardio performance.  Trains all ages, (male/female) and customizes routines to specifically address the client’s individual goals and needs.  Specialties include women over 40-- and Page’s favorite muscle group is abs.

KRISTEN

Professional Figure Physique Competitor. Experienced in female bodybuilding strength training regiments. Detailed knowledge of optimal nutrition as well as sport specific supplementation to suit individual goals.  Success with design and implementation of balanced meal plans.  Kristen works with all ages and ability levels.

LISA

Graduate from Boston College.  Has taught aerobics for over 12 years on the South Shore and is certified as a trainer.  Lisa brings a holistic and spiritual approach to her training and incorporates a lot of yoga, stretching and Pilates influenced exercises in her routines.  She also councils her clients on nutrition and their complete mind and body wellbeing.

JUSTIN C.

Justin is a student at BSC working on a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.  He is certified as a personal trainer, studies jujitsu, runs, bikes and hikes avidly.  He focuses on functional training to speed weight loss, conditioning and muscle development with some high intensity polymeric and interval training.

Justin R.

Justin, personal trainerJustin has experience with amateur bodybuilding and is an AFSA and AFAA certified personal trainer. He holds a BS in Exercise Physiology from Bridgewater State College.  Justin currently plays semi-pro football for the Middleboro Cobras  He enjoys training all ages and ability levels while specializing in sports/conditioning.  He also has advanced knowledge with dieting and meal planning.

JANINE

Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Specialist, and Health and Wellness Coach. Experienced in teaching the basics of living healthy lifestyles, individuals are guided to find the right balance of exercise and diet modifications that will work for them. Her training style is a combination of traditional exercises and functional training designed to improve client health, strength, and stamina for everyday living. She works with all ages and fitness levels encouraging proper nutrition and exercise so that clients may realize a healthier life.
