Group Fitness Class

BEND & STRETCH

A variety of stretches and yoga postures will be used in class to increase joint strength, joint mobility and muscle flexibility. The class will help you to prevent injury, increase core strength and improve posture and balance.

CARDIO BOXING

Jab, Cross, Hook and Upper Cut your way to fitness.  No boxing gloves necessary…30 minutes cardio boxing/30 minutes stability ball exercises.

CARDIO PARTY

Get your heart rate soaring while having a lot of fun!  30 minutes hi/lo cardio moves, 30 minutes weights and abs.  You will leave a hot sweaty mess.

H.I.I.T.

High Intensity Interval Training…the Tabata method of combining short intervals of high intensity exercises with even shorter intervals of lower intensity exercises to burn fat!!!

MUSCLE CONFUSION

Work different muscles each week with interval drills to build strength and endurance…always changing…fun and challenging!

PILATES

A series of non-impact exercises to help you develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness.  Something for everyone.  Come and try it, you will not be disappointed!

PILATES/YOGA FUSION

Combo of Pilates & Yoga to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture as well as various ab exercises to strengthen and flatten your stomach & back, end with relaxation.

PUMP

A barbell class that strengthens your entire body, challenging your major muscle groups with squats, presses, lifts, and curls.

STEP IT UP

This class will get your heart soaring and muscles burning.  It combines heart pumping Step with muscle conditioning exercises.  All levels are welcome.

TOTAL BODY TONING

In this class you will work it all from head to toe, with emphasis on LEGS, ABS, AND BUTT!!!

WILD CARD

A full body workout using creative routines that incorporate muscle toning exercises to jump start your cardio fitness!  Surprises and challenges each week for every level!!!

ZUMBA

A fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program with Latin flavor and international zest!
