Mat Pilates

Experience a foundational workout that balances physical challenge with mental clarity. This session focuses on the "powerhouse" of the body, using controlled, precise movements to develop a resilient core and improve overall posture. By blending traditional Pilates principles with a focus on breath and flexibility, you’ll enhance your body awareness and functional stability through every motion.
Designed as a low-impact, high-reward practice, this class is accessible to all fitness levels—offering a supportive environment to build a stronger, more aligned version of yourself.
Focus: Core stability, balance, and flexibility.
Result: Improved posture and mindful recovery.
Level: All levels welcome. No prior experience required.
Hot HIIT Pilates
Room Temp: 85-95 +/-
This heated session combining Pilates fundamentals of breath and controlled alignment with high-intensity, low-impact Tabata intervals (double work to recovery time). We'll use a variety of weights, bands, balls, rings and blocks to get the best results. This efficient, full-body class builds long, lean muscle, improves endurance, and minimizes joint strain. Expect varied sequences that target and tone all major muscle groups, energizing music to drive your effort, and a calming cool-down.
Yoga

Hot Power Yoga

Ignite your inner strength in this high-energy, athletic flow designed to challenge your limits and transform your practice. Set in a heated environment to promote deep detoxification and increased muscle pliability, this class moves at a vigorous pace, linking breath to powerful movement. You will build functional strength, cardiovascular endurance, and intense core stability through demanding sequences and rhythmic transitions. This session is designed for those looking to break a sweat, clear the mind, and tap into a higher level of physical and mental resilience. Leave the mat feeling empowered, rinsed out, and completely recharged.
Strength & Mobility
Room Temp: 70 +/-
Get ready to level up your lifting and your life! This workout will promote a body that moves with ease. We'll use bodyweight and light dumbbells and work to improve range of motion. This class is the perfect mix of sweat and stability leaving you feeling strong, limber and able to tackle your heavier lifting routine.
CLASS REGISTRATION
All class registration will be handled through the app. You can book classes 4 days in advance to the hour of the class.
Keep an eye out for "pop-classes" that will only be posted in the sign up app and on Social Media.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, PLEASE DO SO THROUGH THE APP OR CALL THE GYM. NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATION WITHIN 5 HOURS OF CLASS START TIIME WILL BE PENALIZED.
