Max Sergio

Born and raised in Bridgewater, MA, Max brings unmatched energy, expertise, and passion to help you achieve your fitness goals. Max played many sports growing up, football, baseball, basketball and even soccer. Always training for something, this ultimately led him to play football at Bridgewater State University. Throughout his life Max was able to learn, grow and develop his fitness to another level. His mission now? To inspire and give back his fitness knowledge.

Max is a certified personal trainer through ISSA, ensuring he has the knowledge and skills to guide you effectively. His areas of expertise include: 

  • Strength Training: Building muscle, improving endurance, and enhancing overall performance. 

  • Cross-Training: a variety of exercises including olympic weightlifting, cardiovascular exercise, and functional movement training. 

  • Circuit Training: Efficient, dynamic workouts improving cardiovascular health, muscular strength, endurance, and mobility.

Danielle Gaylor

Also born and raised in Bridgewater, MA, Danielle has a longtime love for fitness. She started as a Zumba instructor and fell in love with the power of group fitness. She later went on to get certified in Spin, TRX and Personal Training. What she loves most? Helping people learn to love fitness, move their bodies and feel good in their own skin!

Danielle is also a certified personal trainer through ISSA, and has pending certification in GLP-1 Weight Loss Support Training. His areas of expertise include: 

  • Strength Training Programming: Setting up programs and plans to keep people moving toward their goals. 

  • GLP-1 Training Support: Using functional movement to bridge the gap between weight loss and long-term vitality, ensuring your body is as capable as it is lean. 

  • Accountability: Danielle will make sure you are showing up not only for her, but for yourself - no excuses.

Caitlin Carmody

Caitlin has been a spin instructor at Bridgewater Fitness Center for over three years now and has officially joined our team of trainers. Growing up, Caitlin was super active, playing softball, soccer, hockey, and running track. During the day, you’ll find her teaching third grade a few towns over.  At the gym you’ll find her encouraging others to hit their fitness goals. Despite always being active through sports as a kid, Caitlin’s passion for strength training grew after an injury that taught her how to come back safely and stronger than ever.

Caitlin is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist through ISSA. Her strengths lie in the following areas:

  • Tailored Fitness Plan: There is no “one size fits all” when you are trying to crush YOUR goals.

  • Nutrition Matters:  You have to balance exercise and nutrition for optimal health. Caitlin helps clients create sustainable habits, while motivating and challenging them along the way.

  • Fitness Journey: Caitlin gives her clients the empowerment and confidence to succeed.

*Fall & Winter Weekend Hours*

Saturday:  7 AM - 6 PM
